Our main activities in Clearing Local and Transit Import Shipments:-
⦁ Receive Cargo ex vessel in Dar es salaam or ex Inland Borders by road
⦁ Customs documentations and Port Clearance
⦁ Delivery of the shipments to final destinations as per given instructions
⦁ Returning of Empty Containers to Shipping Lines Depot
Documents required for Import shipments are:-
⦁ Original Bill of Lading / Sea way Bill release Msg + copy of B/l
⦁ Commercial Invoice
⦁ Packing List
⦁ A letter of Appointment from Consignee
⦁ Any other Documents available to facilitate smooth clearance
All the above Documents should be to sent us prior to arrival of the vessel in Dar es salaam Port

LOCAL import Shipments – 14 days prior to arrival of the vessel TRANSIT Import shipments – 7 Days prior to arrival of the vessel
TRANSIT TIME: Customs documentation in Dar es salaam Port – Inland transport.

⦁ Zambia and Malawi – 15 Days
⦁ Congo DRC ( South ) – 18 Days
⦁ Congo DRC ( North) -15 Days
⦁ EXPORT SHIPMENTS
Our main activities in clearing Export Shipments:
⦁ Receive Cargo from Shipping line on FOB basis
⦁ Customs documentations and Port Clearance
⦁ Shipping line booking, shipping Order and Bill of Lading processing
